A Streamlined Design Process From Start to Finish

Flow Circuits is excited to announce our partnership with Controlled Fluidics, a renowned provider of precision plastics machining and bonded manifolds. This collaboration bridges the gap between your fluidic system designs and their physical realization, offering a seamless transition from design to manufacturing.

Drag-and-Drop Design

Manifolds can often be complex circuits to manipulate fluids and air pathways. Designers must understand how to break these down into a schematic and gain confidence that their design will work. The Flow Circuits design platform takes the guesswork out of all fluid circuit designs.

  • Draw Channels
  • Drag and Drop Components
  • Multilayer Design
  • Edit Channel Cross Sections
  • Real Time Collaboration
  • Configurable and Customizable
  • Easy changes without broken design intent

Built-In Simulation

Visualize open flow paths, and interact directly with your design's control layer. Quickly verify the configuration of your valves and pumps. Simulate how fluid will behave in your design using volume accurate calculations. Quantify flow rates, back pressures and error conditions to reduce project risk from the start.

  • Interactive Components
  • Simulate Fluid Flow
  • Identify Design Errors
  • Reduced Design Iterations
  • Time and Money Saved

Seamless Manufacturing Handoff

Controlled Fluidics will access your Flow Circuits design, prepare it for manufacturing, and machine your parts with precision. Our partnership ensures a smooth process with faster delivery times and fewer mistakes.
